1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pk12 ("pk12," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pk12 online gaming platform, including all games, sports betting products, financial services, promotional offers, and support services made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a pk12 account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with pk12's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk12.

pk12 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of pk12 following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk12 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pk12 operates a strict 18+ policy and will not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Age verification checks form part of the KYC process.
• Jurisdiction: You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of pk12 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your own jurisdiction within Pakistan or elsewhere. pk12 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that the platform is lawful in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting as an agent or on behalf of a third party, you must have their express written authorisation to do so.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order with pk12 or any other recognised responsible gaming programme that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.

pk12 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access the pk12 platform's real-money features, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all pk12 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one pk12 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk12 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pk12 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC Verification: pk12 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit valid identification documents, including a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Accuracy: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pk12 is not responsible for consequences arising from outdated account information, including failed withdrawal attempts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk12 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pk12 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pk12 wallet immediately. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk12 will endeavour to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the platform at the time of the request. pk12 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal.
• Currency of Funds: Player funds are held in PKR. pk12 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Prohibited Transactions: You must not use pk12 as a payment processing facility. Depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine gaming activity is prohibited and may constitute money laundering, which pk12 is legally obligated to report to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk12 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific promotional terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk12 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw bonus offers from players who have previously abused promotional terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your pk12 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or all bonuses being cancelled.
• Abuse of Promotions: pk12 actively monitors for promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus claiming, the use of automated systems, collusion between accounts, and bet hedging designed to exploit bonus terms. pk12 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where promotional abuse is detected.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in their individual terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

pk12 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pk12 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or pk12 itself.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to fix outcomes or share information in a manner that constitutes unfair play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds. Players who discover errors must report them to pk12 support immediately. Any winnings derived from errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or engaging in charge-backs after receiving gaming services.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other manipulation of sporting events covered by pk12's sports betting products.

pk12 reserves the right to void any bets, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

7. Responsible Gaming

pk12 takes its responsibilities as an online gaming operator seriously and is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered pk12 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: pk12 provides session time reminders to help players monitor the amount of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a temporary cooling-off period or a longer self-exclusion via their pk12 account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and pk12 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-game notifications remind players of their session duration and net gaming result.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk12 platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements – is the intellectual property of pk12 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk12 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any pk12 content for any commercial purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk12 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings.
• Business interruption or loss of business opportunities.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to gaming services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

pk12's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

10. Termination

pk12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• A player's continued access to the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pk12.
• A player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing.

Upon termination of an account, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied prior to closure.

11. Changes to Terms

pk12 may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk12 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor or administrative changes may be made without prior notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of pk12 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk12 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to pk12's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit complaints to pk12's support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable time, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the licensing terms applicable to pk12's operating jurisdiction.
